家H1井是大港沈家铺油田家11断块上的一口生产井,设计井深2491 m。上部地层的棕红色、灰绿色泥岩造浆性强;沙一段的砂泥岩互层极易坍塌;孔一段的玄武岩地层易漏。因此,针对不同的地层采取了不同的钻井液体系和技术措施,保证了钻井、电测、下套管及固井的顺利进行。
Well H1 is a production well on Block 11 of Shenjiapu Oil Field in Dagang with a well depth of 2491 m. The reddish-brown and gray-green mudstones in the upper strata are highly muddy; the interbedded sand and mudstone in the first member of the Shahejie Formation is easily collapsed; the basalt formations in the first member of the Konggou Formation are easily leaky. Therefore, different strata have taken different drilling fluid systems and technical measures to ensure the smooth drilling, electrical testing, casing and cementing well.
