集装箱正面吊运机在制动过程中,轮边制动器中的摩擦片相互作用会产生大量的热量。针对现有轮制动器冷却系统存在的液压油冷却器缺少有效保护,经常发生渗漏,以及制动器磨损后产生的颗粒物容易进入液压系统造成污染等问题,对原轮边制动冷却系统进行改进,增加单向阀和回油过滤器。改进后液压油冷却器工作正常可靠,液压系统被污染的情况得到明显改善。
