现阶段,大部分中职语文教学仍然是沿袭传统教学模式,学生的创新能力、实践能力、个性、团队合作精神以及道德素养难以有实质性的提高,无法发挥出学生的主观能动性。如果不能及时改变这种状况将会造成中职语文教学的恶性循环,学生学习失去兴趣甚至产生厌学的情绪。我国在21世纪之初掀起了一股改革职业教育教学方式的热潮,行为导向教学方法作为目前国际上较为先进的职业教学理论,必将被我国职业教育行业重点关注和研究。本文结合行为导向教学的涵义及特点,对行为导向教学方法在中职语文教学中的具体运用进行深入分析,指出了在中职语文教学中运用行为导向教学方式的重要意义。
At this stage, most of the secondary vocational language teaching still follows the traditional teaching mode. It is hard for the students’ innovative ability, practical ability, individuality, teamwork spirit and moral accomplishment to improve substantively, and can not give play to their subjective initiative. If you can not change this situation in time will cause a vicious cycle of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools, students lose interest or even tired of learning emotions. At the beginning of 21st century, our country has set off an upsurge of reforming the teaching methods of vocational education. As the most advanced vocational teaching theory in the world, behavioral-oriented teaching methods will surely be the focus of our vocational education industry. Based on the connotation and characteristics of behavior-oriented teaching, this article analyzes the specific application of behavior-oriented teaching method in Chinese teaching of secondary vocational schools and points out the importance of using behavior-oriented teaching methods in Chinese teaching of secondary vocational schools.
