总结了协调二级电压控制(CSVC)的基本思想,提出了一种新的CSVC模型。在优先考虑中 枢母线电压偏差最小的前提下,利用多余的控制自由度保证本区域发电机运行在无功裕度更大、出 力更均衡的状态。仿真结果显示在分级电压控制体系中,如果二级控制环节采用所提出的CSVC 模型将有利于提高系统的电压稳定裕度。基于该CSVC模型的二级电压控制模块已经在国内某 省级电网得到实际应用。
The basic idea of coordinating secondary voltage control (CSVC) is summarized, and a new CSVC model is proposed. Under the premise of minimizing the voltage deviation of the central busbar, the extra degree of control freedom is used to ensure that the generators in this area operate in a state with larger reactive power margin and more balanced output. The simulation results show that if the secondary control system adopts the proposed CSVC model, it will be helpful to improve the system voltage stability margin in the hierarchical voltage control system. The secondary voltage control module based on this CSVC model has been put into practical application in a provincial power grid in China.
