教育引起个体行为变化,个体的心理素质起到中介和过滤作用。受教育者的心理健康、心理品质和心理能力,是制约教育效果的重要因素。学生的学习动机、情感因素和性格因素,影响智育效果;社会自我和心理自我制约德育的实现。无论知识接受转化为智能的智育.还是道德情操养成的德育,都是教育受体的个体心理内化与外显的结果。心理素质教育和良好素质结构的完形,是教育效果最佳实现的必要前提。
