法治文化是一个社会是否尊崇法治的先决条件,而法制宣传教育是我国推进依法治国方略、建设社会主义法治国家的基础性工作。本文在深入探讨法治文化内涵的基础上,理清了法治文化建设与法制宣传教育的关系以及新时期下法治文化对法制宣传提出的新要求,对进一步加强法制宣传教育,推进法治文化建设提出合理化建议。
The culture of the rule of law is a precondition for whether or not the community respects the rule of law and the legal publicity and education is the basic work for our country to promote the strategy of governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law. On the basis of deeply discussing the connotation of the culture of rule by law, this paper clarifies the relationship between the construction of law under the rule of law and the legal publicity and education as well as the new requirements for the legal system propaganda under the rule of law culture in the new era, and puts forward rationalization on further strengthening the publicity and education of legal system and promoting the legal culture Suggest.
