为了加快北京市制度方法改革步伐，近期由北京市统计局分别主持召开了部分市属局（总公司）综合部门、区县统计局和市统计局各业务处等三个不同范围的统计制度方法改革研讨会。研讨会就统计指标体系、统计报表制度、统计调查方法和统计管理体制等问题分层次、分专题进行了较为深入的探讨。从本期开始，本刊将分专题连续刊载研讨会有关内容，供广大统计工作者研究参考，并欢迎共同参与讨论
In order to speed up the pace of institutional reform in Beijing, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics has recently presided over and held three different statistical methods ranging from the general departments of municipalities (head offices), the statistical offices of counties and counties and the offices of the Municipal Bureau of Statistics, respectively Reform Seminar.
