上个世纪80年代,东方卫视《法律与道德》栏目的播出标志着中国法制类节目的诞生。经过30余年电视业的快速发展,法制类栏目已趋于成熟。根据统计,全国共有33个卫星频道开办了法制专栏,共开设法制类节目六十余个,其播出量占专题类节目的10%,而收视率却占据了专题类节目的19%。从以上数据来看,法制类节目无论从数量还是从收视占有率上都已达到了鼎盛阶段,然而符号性的法制节目主持人却并不像法制节目那般兴旺,有品牌效应的也是寥寥无几。确实,由于节目内容和形式的限制,法制节目主持人不像新闻节目主持人那般端庄大方,也不像谈话节目主持人那样机敏睿智,更不能像综艺娱乐主持人轻松活泼。这样的尴尬境地确实需要我们好好研究,法制节目主持人究竟应该如何定位从而提升个人魅力。成为符号性的法制节目主持人呢?本文以法制节目主持人为研究对象,提出了法制节目主持人应具备的素质和修养,希望能够给工作在一线的主持人们提供一些参考。
In the 80s of last century, the broadcast of the column entitled “Law and Ethics” of the Oriental Satellite TV marked the birth of China’s legal system. After more than 30 years of rapid development of television industry, the legal section has matured. According to statistics, a total of 33 satellite channels have been set up in the legal column in the country with more than 60 legal-type programs broadcasted over 10% of the top-level programs, while the ratings have accounted for 19% of the top-level programs. From the above data, the number of legal programs in terms of both the number or ratings from the share has reached its peak stage, but the symbolic legal anchor is not so prosperous as legal programs, there are few brand effects . Indeed, due to program content and format constraints, the presenters of the legal system are not as generous as the host of the news program, nor smarter than the presenters of the program, nor can they be as lively as the entertainment host. This awkward situation really needs us to study well and how the host of the legal system should position to enhance personal charisma. As a symbolic legal program host? In this paper, the legal system host for the study, put forward the legal program host should have the quality and accomplishment, hoping to provide some reference to the front-line moderators.
