针对传统SAFE算法在计算层状结构导波频散特性的缺点,提出了一种融合了Lamb波和SH波的力学特性的SAFE方法。该方法在SAFE基本原理基础上,结合Lamb波和SH波的力学表达式的特殊性,分别建立了Lamb波和SH波的SAFE模型。和先前的SAFE模型相比,实现了Lamb波和SH波的区分,降低了矩阵的阶次,提高了计算效率。利用建立的SAFE模型,计算了45#钢板各模态Lamb波和SH波的截止频率并和解析方法的结果进行对比,检验了SAFE模型的计算精度。分析了铝钛钢复合板和粘接铝复合板中Lamb波和SH波传播的算例,算例的计算结果对于研究层状结构中Lamb波和SH波的传播有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional SAFE algorithm in calculating the dispersion characteristics of the guided waves in the layered structure, a SAFE method which combines the mechanical properties of the Lamb wave and the SH wave is proposed. Based on the basic principle of SAFE, the SAFE model of Lamb wave and SH wave is established based on the particularity of the mechanical expressions of Lamb wave and SH wave. Compared with the previous SAFE model, the distinction between Lamb wave and SH wave is realized, the order of the matrix is reduced, and the computational efficiency is improved. The SAFE model was used to calculate the cutoff frequencies of Lamb wave and SH wave of 45 # steel plate and the results were compared with the analytical results. The calculation accuracy of SAFE model was tested. An example of Lamb wave and SH wave propagation in aluminum-titanium composite plate and bonded aluminum composite plate is analyzed. The calculation results of the example are of reference for studying the propagation of Lamb wave and SH wave in layered structure.
