特发性慢性疲劳综合征（CFS）是一种不明原因的持续疲劳长达6个月的疾病。尽管已表明本病与多种病毒感染有关，但其真正原因尚不明了，目前尚无特效药物治疗。作者采用α－干扰素治疗CFS取得较为满意的效果。20例CFS患者，男性6例，女性14例。病程1－11年。随机A组11例立即进行
Idiopathic chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is an unexplained chronic fatigue lasting up to 6 months. Although the disease has been shown to be associated with a variety of viral infections, the real cause remains unknown and there are currently no specific medical treatments.
