跨国公司在实现了销售与生产的国际化之后,为了实现其全球战略意图,增强企业和国家的竞争力,又开始将研究开发活动国际化、全球化。跨国公司的终极目标是将生产制造、研发和运营销售与其全球网络接轨,实现一体化运营。跨国公司研发全球化的动力机制主要有内因和外因两方面;中国在快速发展经济的同时,正面临R&D全球化的挑战;积极融入和参与R&D全球化的竞争,优化R&D政策体制环境,打造品牌优势是中国迎接跨国公司R&D全球化的战略决策。
After transnational companies have realized the internationalization of sales and production, in order to realize their global strategic intentions and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and countries, they have begun to internationalize and globalize their research and development activities. The ultimate goal of a multinational company is to integrate production, R&D, and sales operations with its global network and achieve integrated operations. The driving forces of multinational corporations’ R&D globalization are mainly internal and external factors. China is facing the challenge of R&D globalization while rapidly developing its economy; it actively integrates and participates in R&D globalization, optimizes the R&D policy and institutional environment, and builds brands. The advantage is that China welcomes the strategic decision making of multinational R&D globalization.
