在国际职业卫生学会所属金属毒理工作组(TGMT)于1973、1974年召开的有毒金属国际会议上,专门讨论并统一了有关金属的剂量一反应关系的一些基本概念,这对金属毒理学的研究和职业病防治工作都有一定的意义。现将有关“剂量、效应和反应”的一些概念摘译如下。 细胞临界浓度(Critical Concentration for a Cell):毒物使细胞发生可逆性或非可逆性功能障碍(不利的效应)时的浓度。 细胞致死浓度(Lethal Concentration for a Cell):毒物足以导致细胞死亡的浓度。 器官临界浓度(Critical Organ Concentration):器官中任何一种细胞达到细胞临界浓度时,该器官的平均浓度。
At the International Conference on Toxic Metals held by the International Society of Occupational Toxicology (TGMT) in 1973 and 1974, there was a discussion and harmonization of some of the basic concepts about the dose-response relationship of metals, Research and prevention of occupational diseases have a certain significance. Some concepts of “dose, effect and response” are now extracted as follows. Critical Concentration for a Cell: The concentration at which a toxicant causes reversible or irreversible dysfunction (adverse effects) in a cell. Lethal Concentration for a Cell: Concentration of a poison sufficient to cause cell death. Critical Organ Concentration (Critical Organ Concentration): The average concentration of an organ in any organism when it reaches its critical concentration.
