计算机控制技术是计算机技术与自动化技术相结合的产物,是工业自动化的重要支柱,它的广泛应用提高了工厂设备的装备水平,节约能源,促进了生产的柔性化和集成化,大大提高了劳动生产率。而在我国,工业自动化的普及率还很低,数以万计企业的控制系统仍然有一大部分使用着落后的调节仪表,这一度成为制约我国工业腾飞的主要因素。 国家在制定第九个五年计划和2010年远景目标时把经济增长方式与经济体制并提,特别强调实现“九五”和2010奋斗目标的关键之一是,经济增长方式必须由粗放型经营到集约型经营转变,也就意味着经济的增长必须是建立在提高生产率,降低消耗的基础上,其意义对于我国的工控产业来说,显得尤为重要。
