目的识别、分析与评价某多晶硅生产建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素种类及其危害程度,为建设项目职业病危害分类管理提供依据。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害分类管理办法》,采用经验法、类比法和综合分析法进行定性、定量评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素近20种,主要包括噪声、高温及热辐射、粉尘、氯、氯化氢、三氯氢硅、二氯硅烷、四氯化硅、氢氧化钠、氟化氢、硝酸、乙二醇等。噪声检测6个地点,测定值在74~84 dB(A)之间,均未超过标准限值。该项目可行性研究报告中设计的选址、总体布局、职业病危害防护措施、工程辅助用室、个人职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理和应急救援措施等内容基本符合国家相关标准要求。结论经综合评价分析,在认真落实各项职业卫生管理制度和职业病防护设施情况下,可基本达到预防和控制职业病危害的目的 。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the types of occupational hazards that may arise from a polycrystalline silicon production and construction project and the degree of harm, and provide the basis for the classification management of occupational hazards in construction projects. Methods According to the “Administrative Measures on Classification of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects”, the methods of experience, analogy and comprehensive analysis were used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The project may produce nearly 20 kinds of occupational hazards in the production process, including noise, heat and radiation, dust, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, trichlorosilane, dichlorosilane, silicon tetrachloride, sodium hydroxide, Hydrogen fluoride, nitric acid, ethylene glycol and the like. Noisy detection of six locations, measured values between 74 ~ 84 dB (A), did not exceed the standard limits. The site design, overall layout, occupational hazard protection measures, engineering auxiliary rooms, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases, occupational health management and emergency rescue measures designed in the feasibility study report of the project basically meet the requirements of the relevant national standards. Conclusion According to the comprehensive evaluation and analysis, we can basically achieve the goal of prevention and control of occupational hazards while earnestly implementing various occupational health management systems and occupational disease protection facilities.
