党的十八届三中全会提出了进一步深化国有企业改革的方向和任务,中国中铁作为特大型国有施工企业,也在不断地适应新常态,推行全面深化改革,把“精细化管理”提升到了战略管理层面。企业要想使精细化管理的各项具体举措在项目上落地生根开花结果,实现持续健康稳步发展,关键在提高工程项目的执行力。
