In the semi-arid loess plateau ecological zone, the different types of cultivable soils in steppe, arable land and valley wasteland were studied. The results showed that the quantity of culturable bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in the mountain steppe were 6.43 × 10 ~ 6cfu · G ~ (-1), 2.68 × 10 ~ 6 cfu · g -1 and 0.11 × 10 ~ 6 cfu · g -1, and the cultivated areas were 9.27 × 10 ~ 6 cfu · g -1, 5.33 × 10 ~ 6cfu · g -1 and 0.07 × 10 ~ 6cfu · g -1, and the valley wasteland was 2.35 × 10 ~ 6cfu · g -1, 2.36 × 10 ~ 6cfu · g ~ (-1) and 0.08 × 10 ~ 6cfu · g -1. The mountain steppe culturable bacteria include Firmicutes, Actinobacteria and Alphaproteobacteria Bacillus, Microbacterium, Arthrobacter, ) And Agrobacterium, the dominant genus is Bacillus (69.23%), the cultivated area is Bacillus of Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Alpha-Proteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria, Agrobacterium, Staphylococcus, Arthrobacter, Peseudomonas, valley wasteland including Arthrobacter, Staphylococcus and Paenibacillus (Fusarium, Paenibacillus), mainly Staphylococcus (50.00%). Different types of soil actinomycetes belong to the genus Atreptomyces and the rest include Streptosporangium, Streptoverticillium and Micromonpora. The fungi are mainly Penicillium, and the rest include Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Mucor, Fusarium and Alternaria, .
