快速建立初始信任意味着比对手更快一步地进入合作和工作状态,取得预期成果,获得竞争先机和优势。本文在介绍初始信任的积极作用和影响因素的基础上,提出了组织环境下人际初始信任的培育措施。
Establishing initial trust quickly means moving closer to cooperation and working conditions than your opponents, achieving the desired results and gaining the competitive edge and advantage. Based on the introduction of the positive effects and influencing factors of initial trust, this paper puts forward some measures to cultivate interpersonal initial trust under the organizational environment.
