人事档案管理是机构信息管理的重要组成部分。为合理调配和管理单位人力资源,必须以系统的方式规范人员档案。然而,在我国人事档案管理中存在着许多弊端,对单位的长远发展具有消极影响,主要是由于管理系统的缺失。在分析人员档案管理现状的基础上,找出问题,提出具体的改进策略和方案,以提高人员档案管理的状态,促进业务单位的可持续发展。
Personnel file management is an important part of the organization’s information management. In order to rationally allocate and manage the human resources of the unit, the personnel files must be regulated in a systematic manner. However, there are many drawbacks in the management of personnel files in our country, which have a negative impact on the long-term development of the unit, mainly due to the lack of management systems. Based on the analysis of the status quo of file management of personnel, the paper identifies the problems and proposes specific strategies and programs for improvement so as to improve the status of personnel records management and promote the sustainable development of business units.
