目的:研究γ-巯丙基键合硅胶(MPS)脱除龙胆提取液中镉(Cd)的最佳工艺,并对其脱镉性能进行评价。方法:采用静态吸附和动态吸附的方式考察镉的脱除率,并以镉脱除率、含固量、HPLC指纹图谱等指标综合评价MPS的脱镉性能。结果:静态吸附的工艺参数:药液浓度相当于0.20 g(药材).mL-1,吸附时间为120 min,药材量-MPS 15∶1;动态吸附的工艺参数:径高比为1∶3.5,药液浓度相当于0.20 g(药材).mL-1,药液流速0.9 mL.min-1,药材量-MPS 50∶1;龙胆药液脱镉前后的含固量及HPLC指纹图谱无显著性差异。结论:γ-巯丙基键合硅胶(MPS)能有效地脱除龙胆药液中的镉,脱镉性能良好。
OBJECTIVE: To study the best technology of removing cadmium (Cd) from gentian extract by γ-mercaptopropyl-bonded silica gel (MPS) and to evaluate its cadmium removal performance. Methods: The removal rate of cadmium was investigated by static adsorption and dynamic adsorption. The cadmium removal rate, solid content and HPLC fingerprints were used to evaluate the cadmium removal performance of MPS. Results: The parameters of the static adsorption process were as follows: the concentration of the drug solution was equivalent to 0.20 g (medicinal material) mL-1, the adsorption time was 120 min, the amount of medicinal material-MPS 15:1, the technological parameters of dynamic adsorption , Liquid concentration equivalent to 0.20 g (herbs) .mL-1, liquid flow rate of 0.9 mL.min-1, medicinal material-MPS 50: 1; gentian liquid cadmium content before and after cadmium removal and HPLC fingerprinting Significant difference. CONCLUSION: γ-Mercaptopropyl-bonded silica gel (MPS) can effectively remove cadmium from gentian liquid and has good cadmium removal performance.
