目的运用HPLC建立复方菊陈颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱Ultimate XB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1ml/min,检测波长328nm,柱温30℃。结果绿原酸在0.066μg~1.652μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.80%,RSD为1.88%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为检测复方菊陈颗粒中绿原酸的方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Fufang Juchen Granules. Methods The column was eluted with a gradient of Ultimate XB-C18 (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 328 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.066μg ~ 1.652μg (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 98.80% with RSD of 1.88% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and specific, and can be used as a method to detect chlorogenic acid in compound Juju granules.
