目的:研究诺氟沙星对不同周龄大鼠的致痫作用及是否有剂量依赖性。方法:以电生理方法研究大鼠iv诺氟沙星100mg/kg后的脑电图、脑电功率谱变化,以HPLC法测定大鼠血及脑组织中的诺氟沙星浓度。结果:11~14周龄大鼠均出现痫样放电(8/8),且脑电功率谱明显改变,频谱右移;35~40周龄大鼠痫样放电率低(3/8),脑电功率谱无明显改变。11~14周龄大鼠对诺氟沙星的致痫作用呈剂量依赖性。结论:诺氟沙星可诱发大鼠癫痫,大鼠周龄对致痫作用有重要影响,但不同周龄大鼠血、脑组织中诺氟沙星浓度无显著差异。
Aims: To study whether norfloxacin induced epileptic seizures and whether it is dose-dependent in rats of different ages. Methods: Electroencephalogram (EEG) and EEG power spectrum of rat norfloxacin 100 mg / kg were studied by electrophysiological method. The concentrations of norfloxacin in rat blood and brain were determined by HPLC. Results: The epileptiform discharges (8/8) occurred in 11-14 weeks old rats, and the EEG power spectrum changed obviously, the spectrum shifted to the right. In the 35-40 weeks old rats, the epileptiform discharge rate was low (3/8) Electric power spectrum no significant change. The effects of norfloxacin on epilepsy were dose-dependent in 11-14 weeks old rats. CONCLUSION: Norfloxacin can induce epilepsy in rats. The age of rats has an important influence on epilepsy. However, the concentrations of norfloxacin in blood and brain of rats of different ages have no significant difference.
