目的:探讨卵巢良、恶性组织中mPGES-1的表达及其与病理类型和细胞分化的关系,并分析mPGES-1和COX2的相关性。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR的方法,分别检测我院手术切除卵巢癌组织和良性卵巢囊肿组织中mPGES-1和COX2的mRNA表达,分析mPGES-1和COX2的相关性以及与病理类型、分级的关系。结果:卵巢恶性组织中mPGES-1和COX2的表达量显著增高,分别是良性囊肿组织的27倍和113倍,两者的mRNA表达量和肿瘤的病理类型或分级相关,分化低和恶性度高的肿瘤组织表达量高。在卵巢癌组织中mPGES-1和COX2的表达呈直线正相关。结论:mPGES-1的mRNA在卵巢癌组织中显著高于良性囊肿组织,并且和卵巢肿瘤的病理类型、分级有关,和COX2表达呈直线正相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of mPGES-1 in benign and malignant ovarian tissues and its relationship with pathological types and cell differentiation, and to analyze the correlation between mPGES-1 and COX2. Methods: The mRNA expressions of mPGES-1 and COX2 in ovarian cancer tissues and benign ovarian cysts in our hospital were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The correlation between mPGES-1 and COX2 was analyzed. The correlations between mPGES-1 and COX2, relationship. Results: The expression levels of mPGES-1 and COX2 in ovarian malignant tissues were significantly higher than those in benign cysts, which were 27 times and 113 times higher than those in benign cysts respectively. The mRNA expression levels of both were correlated with the pathological types or grading of tumors, with low differentiation and high malignancy The tumor tissue expression is high. There was a linear positive correlation between the expression of mPGES-1 and COX2 in ovarian cancer. Conclusion: mPGES-1 mRNA is significantly higher than that of benign cyst in ovarian cancer tissues, and is related to the pathological type and grading of ovarian tumors. The expression of mPGES-1 is positively correlated with the expression of COX2.
