在毛主席革命路线指引下,我国国民经济和科学技术得到迅速的发展,因而对轴承产品的品种、数量和质量方面提出了更高的要求.鉴于以往轴承套圈磨削加工普遍采用弹簧卡盘的陈旧工艺方法,它阻碍着磨削生产率和轴承质量的进一步提高,因此寻求采用新的工艺方法成为轴承生产急待解决的关键问题.几年来我厂由工人、技术人员和干部组成的三结合小组,在有关单位的协助下,对无心夹具在轴承套图磨加工中的应用进行了一系列的试验研究工作,并获得良好的效果.经生产实践证明,电磁无心夹具由于结构简单、调整方便、通用性广,可获得较高的加工精度,也容易实现单机自动化等优点,因而电磁无心夹具已在我厂磨削加工中得到广泛采用
