患男,19岁,发热,头痛,全身痛2d,神志恍惚2h急诊入院。T39℃,P100次/min,BP16/8kPa,神志恍惚,烦躁不安,酒醉外貌,颈胸部皮肤潮红,双腋下皮肤有散在出血点,球结膜轻度充血,咽部高度充血,上腭有出血点,心肺腹(-),双肾区有叩击痛,四肢脊柱(-)。WBC31.0×10~9/L,N0.80,L0.20,RBC4.76×10~(12)/L,Hb140g/L,PC3.1×10~9/L。尿蛋白+++,白细胞少许,红细胞少许。 住院经过 入院后即按出血热常规治疗,2h后患者进入昏迷状态。大小便失禁、颈项强
