针对银行惜贷背景下传统模型难以准确估计物流基础设施建设对外部资金依赖度高等问题,构建一种物流基础设施建设投入和银行惜贷关系模型,分析基础设施投入对银行惜贷的影响。以湖南省物流基础设施建设项目为例,以2012年至2016年完成的物流基础设施建设项目投入数据和财务数据作为原始数据样本,研究银行惜贷对物流基础设施建设投入的影响。结果表明,湖南省物流基础设施建设投入水平仍然偏低,银行惜贷对物流基础设施建设投资增速的影响较为明显,融资不足制约了投资的增长。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional model in the background of bank loathing is difficult to accurately estimate the high dependence of logistics infrastructure on external funds, a model of the relationship between investment in logistics infrastructure construction and bank loaning is constructed to analyze the impact of infrastructure investment on bank loaning. Taking the logistics infrastructure projects in Hunan Province as an example, taking the input data and financial data of the logistics infrastructure projects completed from 2012 to 2016 as the raw data samples, this paper studies the impact of banks’ loaning on the logistics infrastructure investment. The results show that the input level of logistics infrastructure construction in Hunan is still low, and the impact of bank loaning on the growth rate of logistics infrastructure construction is more obvious. The insufficient financing constrains the growth of investment.
