在市场经济体制下,加强反腐倡廉宣传教育,营造廉洁自律的良好氛围和环境,引导企业员工将廉政文化内化为个人廉洁从业的行为规范和价值取向,自觉构筑抵御腐朽文化的思想道德防线,建立健全企业内部控制制度体系,从根本上铲除滋生腐败现象的根源,提高员工拒腐防变能力,让企业员工不想、不能、不敢腐败,将有效预防和惩治腐败,遏制国有企业从业人员职务犯罪及违法违纪案件的发生,促进企业持续健康发展。文章主要从加强反腐倡廉宣传教育、完善内部制度体系、强化监督管理的层面探析国有企业廉政文化建设的思路。
