对磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(Phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase,PI3K)抑制剂作为抗肿瘤药物的临床研究进展作一综述。PI3K在细胞生长,增殖和凋亡等过程中起重要调节作用,与乳腺癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌等肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。因此,PI3K已成为很有前途的癌症治疗靶标,超过10多种PI3K抑制剂作为抗肿瘤药物已进入临床研究。
The progress of clinical research on the use of inhibitors of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) as anti-tumor drugs is reviewed. PI3K plays an important regulatory role in the process of cell growth, proliferation and apoptosis, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer and prostate cancer. Therefore, PI3K has become a promising cancer treatment target. More than 10 kinds of PI3K inhibitors have entered the clinical study as anti-tumor drugs.
