本文从中小企业的资金短缺问题出发,指出中小软件企业面临的融资困境,着重探讨了当地政府可能提供的融资支持措施,包括信用担保资金支持、通过基金公司完成对辖区内软件企业的风险投资、以融资担保协会的形式为企业融资提供服务等金融服务措施和相应的金融创新支持措施。
Based on the problem of shortage of funds in small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper points out the difficulties of financing faced by small and medium-sized software enterprises, and probes into the financing support measures that may be provided by local governments, including the support of credit guarantee funds, the venture capital investments of software companies in the jurisdiction through fund companies, Financial services measures such as providing services for corporate finance in the form of financing guarantee associations and corresponding financial innovation support measures.
