为适应节能建筑市场的需要,发展保温性能好的砌块是当务之急。目前,普遍采用在砌块孔洞内插EPS保温板,但有不足之处。本课题从轻质混凝土原材料优选研究入手,通过提高混凝土自身热工性能,研制出不插保温板、保温性能依然满足江苏省夏热冬冷地区节能50%节能建筑砌体要求的轻质混凝土小型空心砌块。
In order to meet the needs of energy-saving construction market, the development of blocks with good thermal insulation properties is a top priority. Currently, commonly used in the block hole EPS insulation board insulation, but there are deficiencies. This project starts with the research of light concrete raw material optimization. By improving the thermal performance of concrete, it develops a light-weight concrete small-size concrete which is not required to be inserted into the insulation board and whose thermal insulation performance still meets the requirements of 50% energy saving building masonry in hot summer and cold winter in Jiangsu Province Hollow block.
