针对目前高校图书馆大量引进的年轻馆员走上工作岗位后的工作现状和具体表现,分析产生这些现象的主客观方面的原因,并提出解决对策。
Aiming at the present situation and specific performance of the young librarians who are introduced into the university library at present, this paper analyzes the causes of the subjective and objective aspects of these phenomena and puts forward the countermeasures.
