我厂按国际标准制造的工业汽轮机油系统,内表面喷丸除锈后不允许涂擦,但部分零件又要求必须在喷丸后才能作水压试验。由于喷丸表面自由能较高,水压试验时很容易生锈。如果在水中添加防锈剂则会残留在零件表面,并且成本高、有污染。为解决此问题我们对喷丸表面分别采用20~#机械油、501防锈油、74—2硬膜防锈油、软膜防锈油等在压试验前涂在要保护的表面上,试压后进行检查,结果表明:20~#机械油油膜强度低易被水流冲刷破裂而失效,同时防水腐
