随着医药科学的迅速发展，精神药物的临床应用也日趋复杂，为了解临床用药现状，笔者抽查了我院１９９３年１月至１１月的门诊处方共１９４８６张，其中不合理精神病用药处方５６１张，占处方总数的２．８８％，主要有：处方剂量用法及联合用药不当。这样，轻则降低药效，重则产生副作用。由此延误治疗，同时还会产生药源性疾病。临床用药不当应引起高度重视。
