针对高分子季铵盐类阳离子聚合物类黏土稳定剂在低渗透油藏应用中存在断面堵塞、注入困难的问题,研究开发了一种新型高效、适用于低渗透油藏注水开发的低分子聚合物类黏土稳定剂NH-FB1,并评价了其防膨性能、抗温性能、耐冲刷性能以及低渗透油藏岩心的注入性能。评价结果表明:NH-FB1黏土稳定剂的防膨效果好、持久性强,高温下与缓蚀剂KD-26的配伍性好,具有良好的协同效果;耐水洗率达到92.3%,耐温达到300℃;在低渗透地层中注入性能好、分子通过能力强、注入过程无伤害。NH-FB1在江苏油田低渗透油藏天95断块的注水防膨井中进行了现场应用试验,取得了良好的防膨效果,对应油井出油效果明显。

NH-FB1 has been applied in field experiments in waterflooding and anti-expansion wells of Tian 95 block of low permeability reservoir in Jiangsu Oilfield and good anti-swelling effect has been obtained.
