对四川省青川县潘家沟泥石流形成条件、发育机制及特征进行了研究。从地形地貌、地质环境、物源、降水等方面较全面地分析了潘家沟泥石流形成的条件,查明了泥石流形成的关键因素。通过定性分析和流量、流速及一次冲出固体量等参数的定量计算分析,较细致地研究了泥石流的各项特征,得出泥石流是由暴雨诱发的中频中等规模的泥石流。进一步分析了泥石流的危害特征,治理的必要性和紧迫性。针对危害特征,对泥石流采取了以拦挡工程为主、辅以排导槽、防护堤及生物措施的综合治理方案。工程实施后,收到良好的社会、经济效益,保护了当地群众的生命财产安全。
The formation conditions, development mechanism and characteristics of debris flow in Panjiagou, Qingchuan County, Sichuan Province were studied. The conditions for the formation of debris flow in Panjiagou are analyzed comprehensively from topography, geology, environment, provenance and precipitation, and the key factors for the formation of debris flow are identified. Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation and analysis of parameters such as flow rate, flow rate and outcrop solid volume, the debris flow characteristics are studied in detail. The result shows that the mud flow is medium-frequency and middle-scale debris flow induced by rainstorm. Further analysis of the hazardous characteristics of debris flow, the necessity and urgency of governance. In view of the hazard characteristics, the debris flow was taken as a block project, supplemented by drainage channels, protective dike and biological treatment measures. After the implementation of the project, it received good social and economic benefits and safeguarded the lives and property of the local people.
