十三陵蓄能电厂总装机容量为4×200 MW。监控系统原设计考虑中调对电站只具有遥调、遥信、遥测功能,没有遥控要求,而当地控制是在洞内。经过现场技术改造,1999年7月中央控制室由洞内移到洞外,1999年年底实现机组中调远方控制,且通过国家一流水电厂验收。本文重点介绍十三陵蓄能电厂实现上述技术改造方案提出的背景,方案的内容及特点。
The total installed capacity of Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Plant is 4 × 200 MW. The original design of monitoring system to consider the adjustment of the power station has only remote adjustment, remote signaling, telemetry function, there is no remote control requirements, and local control is in the cave. After the on-site technical renovation, in July 1999, the central control room was moved from the inside of the cave to the outside of the cave. At the end of 1999, the unit was controlled by the remote control unit and passed the acceptance of the first-class hydropower plant in the country. This article focuses on the background and program content and characteristics of the above-mentioned technological renovation plan for the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Plant.
