采用5183、5356两种牌号的焊丝对7005铝合金分别进行了对接式填料焊接,并对焊件进行了不同工艺参数的热处理,研究了焊后热处理工艺对焊件接头组织性能的影响。结果表明:采用5356焊丝焊接的焊缝硬度要高于采用5183焊丝焊接的焊缝;T6、T7热处理后焊缝的硬度均明显提高。四点弯应力腐蚀测试结果表明,采用5183、5356焊丝焊接的焊件经T6热处理后,其应力腐蚀裂缝分别在72、76 h出现,而焊件经T7热处理后,在168 h内未出现应力腐蚀裂缝。与T6热处理相比,T7热处理后的焊件硬度略低,但抗应力腐蚀性能较好。
The 5185 and 5356 welding wires were used to weld 7005 aluminum alloy respectively, and the heat treatment of different welding parameters was carried out. The effect of post-weld heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of welded joints was studied. The results show that the weld hardness of 5356 welding wire is higher than that of 5183 welding wire. The hardness of weld after T6 and T7 heat treatment are obviously increased. The results of four-point stress corrosion test show that the stress corrosion cracking of weldment with 5183,5356 welding wire after T6 heat treatment occurs at 72 and 76 h, respectively. However, no stress occurs within 168 h after the weldment is treated with T7 heat treatment Corrosion cracks. Compared with T6 heat treatment, T7 heat treatment after the weldment hardness slightly lower, but good stress corrosion resistance.
