以36个秀珍菇（Pleurotus geesteranus）生产菌株为材料,从100个ISSR通用引物中筛选出18个ISSR引物对其DNA进行PCR扩增,分析其DNA序列多态性;同时,从不同类群中挑选出具有代表性的秀珍菇菌株开展品比试验。结果表明,秀珍菇菌株的遗传相似系数变异范围在0.66～1.00之间,将36个秀珍菇菌株聚为7个群,不同类群10个秀珍菇菌株的产量和农艺性状间存在显著差异,其中5号菌株（秀57）产量最高,达0.326kg·袋-1,比对照高15.2%,菇体色度整体优美,综合表现佳,为值得推广的设施栽培秀珍菇菌株。
