辽宁省大连市对经济困难家庭幼儿接受学前教育资助进行了积极而有效的政策探索,但对全省而言,经济困难家庭幼儿接受学前教育资助的政策建设尚处于起步阶段。因此,要加快学前教育法制建设,强化政府主导责任,加大财政投入,提高教育财政经费的使用公平及效率,坚持公办学前教育为主体,扶持经济困难家庭幼儿。 Dalian City, Liaoning Province, has conducted an active and effective policy exploration on the subsidies for preschool children from economically disadvantaged families. However, for the entire province, the policy of subsidizing preschool education for economically disadvantaged families is still in its infancy. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the legal system of pre-primary education, strengthen government-led responsibilities, increase financial input, raise the fairness and efficiency in the use of educational funds, adhere to public pre-school education as the mainstay and support young children from economically disadvantaged families.
