随着我国地勘单位属地化管理,基础性地质工作与商业性地质工作分体运行之后,合同制度便得到广泛运用。然而对于以国家为投资主体的基础性、公益性地质调查和战略性矿产资源勘查(简称地质调查)工作,如何实行地质调查项目合同管理,有许多方面值得研究。基于此,探讨关于地质合同管理方面的一些做法和体会。首先,简单介绍我院的合同签订情况,接着对地质调查项目合同管理的具体模式进行研究,最后提出加强地质调查项目合同管理及规范化运作的建议。
With the geological management of geological units in our country, the basic geological work and commercial geological work split up, the contract system has been widely used. However, there are many aspects worthy of study on how to carry out the contract management of geological survey projects based on the basic investment, public welfare geological survey and strategic exploration of mineral resources (referred to as geological survey). Based on this, some practices and understandings about geological contract management are discussed. First of all, it briefly introduces the contract of our institute, then studies the concrete mode of contract management of geological survey project, and finally puts forward suggestions to strengthen contract management and standard operation of geological survey project.
