In the education and teaching of primary and secondary schools, it is very necessary to adhere to the strict requirements and strict training of students. The mastery of students’ knowledge and skills and the cultivation of good moral character and good habits of behavior are all inseparable from the strict requirements and strict training of teachers. As the saying goes: “Yan is love, loose is a harm, and small plus management is going to be bad.” He also said: “Yan Shi Gao Gaotu.” All emphasize a “strictness.” Teachers do not have strict requirements for students, let them be natural. It is an extremely irresponsible performance to let go of one’s own mind. However, what is strict? How to properly understand and apply strict requirements and strict training is a problem that should be seriously studied. I think there is a similar mistake in the current word. To rewrite it one hundred times, the “strictness” of a physical education class being punished for ten laps late, and the so-called “rigorousness” of the old concept of “unyielding” are all corporal punishments and disguised physical punishments that destroy physical and mental health of students. This is something we must oppose. And prohibition. The “strictness” we talk about should be in accordance with the requirements of the “three aspects.”
