“重技术轻德育”是当前中职学校教育存在的普遍现象,而中职学生虽与普通高中学校的学生年龄相当,但却存在着很大的心理差距,并且极其缺乏吃苦耐劳等优良精神,这便会对其后期步入社会造成一定的不利影响。因此,这就要求各中职学校在快速转变陈旧教育观念的前提下,通过提高师生对德育教育的意识度、不断地创新中职德育教学措施以及进一步优化中职德育教学课程等方式深化对学生的德育教育,将德育教育在中职课程中进行巧妙融合,从而达到增强中职学生道德品质的教育目标,为国家培育出不仅集体荣誉感强,且同时还具备吃苦耐劳等优良品德的优质人才。
