为扩大煤粉工业锅炉燃用中等挥发份煤种的适应性,本文利用数值模拟,分析了20t/h单体锅炉燃烧系统中燃烧器与炉膛的温度分布情况,以及炉膛卫燃带对温度的影响。模拟结果表明,对比设计煤种火焰,中等挥发分煤种火焰长度短、厚度薄、最大火焰温度低,火焰低温区域过大是中等挥发分煤燃烧不稳定的主要原因;敷设卫燃带能提升炉膛温度和煤粉燃尽率,最佳卫燃带敷设方案为炉膛顶部前6 m处敷设面积为9%卫燃带。系统改造后,锅炉燃烧稳定,运行效果达到设计要求。
In order to expand the adaptability of medium volatile coal combustion in pulverized coal industrial boilers, this paper analyzed the temperature distribution of the combustor and furnace in the 20t / h single boiler combustion system by numerical simulation, influences.
