目的评价脊髓血管母细胞瘤的显微手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析39例行显微手术治疗的脊髓血管母细胞瘤患者的临床资料,对显微手术治疗效果进行评价。结果术后37例症状改善,2例无变化,未见任何术后死亡病例,患者平均住院时间为(15.5±0.5)d;随访12个月,未见肿瘤复发,所有患者神经功能均得到不同程度的改善。结论脊髓血管母细胞瘤的显微手术治疗效果确切,可显著改善患者预后和生活质量,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of microsurgical treatment of spinal hemangioblastoma. Methods The clinical data of 39 patients with spinal hemangioblastoma treated by microsurgery were retrospectively analyzed, and the effect of microsurgical treatment was evaluated.
