档案管理体制的良莠对档案事业的发展起着决定作用,由于国内档案事业规模大,传统的管理模式与现代化的市场经济出现一定的协调,亟待进行改革,内容首先分析了现行档案管理体制存在的问题,其次对新形势下档案管理体制改革的目标、方向和具体思路进行研究,以便促进国内档案事业的健康发展。
