Red tide refers to the phenomenon of some marine plankton blooming under certain environmental conditions caused by sea water discoloration, it is also a phenomenon of marine pollution. Red tides have long been discovered in ancient China and in the Old Testament and Exodus in the Bible. In 732, Japan recorded the red tide occurring in Sagami Bay and the Izu Inland Sea. 1831-1836 C.R. Darwin described the red tide caused by the cyanobacteria algae in the sea of Chile, Brazil, in Beagle’s sailing record. Since the 20th century, the number of red tides has been increasing year by year. For example, in the decades before 1955 in Japan’s Seto Inland Sea, there were only 5 red tides and as many as 326 in 1955-1976. Zhenhai, Zhejiang, China, Dinghai and Taizhou waters in the night occurred in 1933 Chlamydomonas
