由范荣祥、张继良主编的《中国共产党建设史》一书,于1990年10月由黑龙江人民出版社出版。全书近30万字。该书主要有以下特点: 一、作为中国共产党自身建设的历史专著,这本书在当时还是第一部,因此,它应是填补了这门学科的空白之作,具有开拓性质。二、史料翔实可靠。书中所依据和引用的史料基本上是第—手的,主要是原著、各级档案馆和档案工作人员提供的资料、党的历史文献、党的领导人的著作讲话等。作者依据这些资料,使该书反映了党的自身建设历史的本来面貌,使这部《中国共产党建设史》成为信史。三、作者正确地把党的建设史、党的建设原理、党的建设学说史严格地加以区分。既指出了它们之间的区别,又指出了它们之间的联系。作者指出,中国共产党建设史是研究中国共产党在马克思主义政党学说指导下的自身建设实践及其规律的历史科学。这就指明了这门学科的研究对象。同时,又正确指出了这门学科的研究方法、研究目的。作者还把党的建设历史的发展过程分为九个时期,同时又阐明了党的建设各个时期的特点。

Based on these materials, the author made the book reflect the original appearance of the history of the party’s own construction and made this “history of the building of the Chinese Communist Party” into the history of the letter. Third, the author rightly makes a strict distinction between the history of the party’s construction, the principle of the party’s construction, and the theory of the party’s construction. It not only points out the difference between them, but also points out the connection between them. The author points out that the history of the construction of the Chinese Communist Party is a historical science that studies the self-building practices and laws of the CPC under the guidance of the Marxist party theory.
