应用脑血管功能检测仪,对60例正常人和68例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的脑血管血流动力学参数进行检测。结果显示:(1)TIA组颈总动脉平均流速、最大流速和最小流速及平均流量均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。(2)TIA组右侧颈总动脉平均流速及平均流量低于左侧(P<0.05)。(3)TIA组颈总动脉外周阻力、特性阻抗及脉搏波波速a明显高于对照组,差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结果说明TIA的发病和转归与脑血管血流动力学改变密切相关。
The cerebrovascular function detector was used to detect cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters in 60 normal subjects and 68 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA). The results showed that: (1) The mean velocity, maximum velocity, minimum velocity and mean flow rate of common carotid artery in TIA group were significantly lower than those in healthy control group (P <0.01). (2) The mean velocity and mean flow of the right common carotid artery in the TIA group were lower than those in the left (P <0.05). (3) Peripheral resistance, characteristic impedance and pulse wave velocity of carotid artery in TIA group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The results show that the incidence and outcome of TIA is closely related to changes in cerebral blood flow hemodynamics.
