目的 研究血液灌流治疗小儿氟乙酰胺中毒的效果。方法 12例氟乙酰胺中毒患儿在常规治疗的基础上加用血液灌流作为观察组;21例常规治疗氟乙酰胺中毒患儿作为对照组。比较两组的临床及实验室指标。结果 观察组病情明显重于对照组,但观察组神经系统症状消失时间、生化指标恢复时间、治愈率明显优于对照组(P<005或001)。观察组12例全部痊愈,无一例死亡及出现后遗症;而对照组死亡4例(19%),后遗症4例(19%)。结论 血液灌流是抢救小儿重度氟乙酰胺中毒的有效方法
Objective To study the effect of hemoperfusion on pediatric fluoroacetamide poisoning. Methods Twelve children with fluoroacetamide intoxication were treated with hemoperfusion as the observation group on the basis of routine treatment. Twenty-one children with routine treatment of fluoroacetamide intoxication were selected as the control group. The clinical and laboratory parameters of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was significantly more serious than the control group. However, the disappearance of neurological symptoms, the recovery time of biochemical indexes and the cure rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <005 or 001). All 12 cases in the observation group were cured, with no death or sequelae. In the control group, 4 patients died (19%) and sequelae (4 patients) (19%). Conclusion Hemoperfusion is an effective method to rescue pediatric severe fluoroacetamide poisoning
