在临床治疗上,步态训练是脑病患者康复的重要课题,许多脑病患者通过有效的走姿训练,使大脑恢复了正常的功能,可见正确的走姿是多么重要。走路抬头挺胸才利于周身与大脑的气血回流,也就是说,抬头挺胸走路时,是让大脑得到休息的机会,这个姿势使低头工作的状态变为“阳气升发”的抬头状态,正好补偿了人因为低头工作,给大脑造成的紧张以及气血流通不畅。低头走路造成的结果就是阳气不升,从而影响大脑正常的气血供应。很多家长从来都不注意孩子走路的姿势,低头、弯腰、外八字……这些走路的姿势不仅难看,还会影响大脑的健康。不论是在伏案工作还是走路时,大脑都处于紧张状态,白天的这种不得缓解的紧张,造成大脑过劳,会影响夜间的睡眠。
