国酒茅台文化,是一种高品位的企业文化。蕴涵着造福于民、服务社会的物质和精神这两方面的重要内容,深刻地体现了“三个代表”的重要思想。一是厚重的文化沉淀。据史料载,早在公元前135年(西汉建元六年)茅台古镇一带就有了酿酒活动。清代乾隆年间开修赤水河航道,茅台成为川黔的物资集散地,两岸经济的繁荣刺激了酿造业的发展和酿酒工艺技术的提高。茅台酒独特的回沙工艺在这个时候基本形成,贵州茅台酒的美名也开始
